Surgical Staff

The surgical staff at Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates of Chester County have the latest training in all the surgical procedures performed in our offices. All surgical staff go through extensive training by our doctors and are required to complete the Oral Maxillofacial Anesthesia Assistants Program conducted by our national association, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Our staff work in conjunction with our doctors to provide you the safest and most efficient care possible. All surgical staff are CPR certified and are required to recertify every two to four years.

Administrative Staff

You will find our administrative staff friendly and most helpful in assisting you with all your needs. Your first contact with our office may be through our telephone receptionists, Jennifer, Hope, Amaryllis, Tammi or Alexis. They have been with our practice for many years and are very skillful in finding the best appointment time for you.

When arriving at our office for your visit, you will be greeted by Steph and Taylor in our West Chester office, or Mallorie and Breanna in our Kennett Square office. They are there to welcome you to our practice and assist you with any questions you may have.

Our billing and insurance managers, Laura and Stefani, have been with the practice for many years assisting our patients with all their medical and dental insurance matters. Please feel free to ask for them directly should you have any billing concerns.

Our Practice Administrator is Catherine D’Arcangelo. She is available to you for any questions or concerns you may have.

Dental Implant Coordinators

Our implant coordinators, Stacie and Siera, have been specifically trained to assist you every step of the way during your procedures for the placement of dental implants. They will coordinate the necessary appointments with your restorative dentist and be available to you for any questions you may have during this process.

Community Liaison Specialist

We are thrilled to introduce our latest addition to our practice, Janet Mills. Janet comes to us with a wealth of experience in various healthcare industries. She is passionate about building quality relationships and providing top-notch customer service. Her responsibilities include growing our referral network, coordinating educational classes for providers, creating social media content, and communicating with other practices to assist their patients in the referral process.

Janet is married and has two children. She enjoys living a healthy lifestyle and working out with her family. In the summer, Janet enjoys working in her garden and going to the shore with her loved ones. She has a true passion for being around people and giving back to the community. We are fortunate to have her on our team!
